Braves Making Run To October?

I never thought I would be writing this a few weeks ago, but the Braves are now just 4 1/2 games behind NL Wild Card leader Cincinnati after a tough loss to St. Louis last night. The Braves also traded for Indians closer Bob Wickman, and should make another move in the near future for another reliever. On top of this, Chipper and Andruw Jones are lighting the stat books up at a blistering pace, and Jeff Francouer is finally finding his stroke again. However, the main thing people don't know is the relatively easy schedule the Braves have coming up. They open a series today with the Phillies. After that, they have series with the Pirates, Reds, Brewers, Cubs, and Marlins. Actually, with the exception of two important series with the NL East leading Mets, the rest of the Braves schedule is rather easy. With Tim Hudson, John Smoltz, and Horacio Ramirez all leading the way, there really is a possibility for these guys to sneak into the post-season for a mind boggling 15th straight year! The most unbelievable thing is that the last time these guys didn't make the playoffs I was in THIRD GRADE. What a great story. Now that the Cubs are out of it, let's see those tomahawks choppin!
