Saints Fall to 3-1 After Tough Road Loss

The Saints wasted a dominated 2nd quarter and a 346 yard performance from Drew Brees to fall in Carolina Sunday 21-18 in a see saw battle that was a game of momentum. After getting off to a slow start allowing the Panthers to score on the opening drive, the Saints dominated much of the rest of the game taking the lead 10-7 on Deuce McAllister's TD run that was set up by Reggie Bush's 37 yard catch. However, a costly fumble by Bush as well as dropped passes by Bush and a mishap on a handoff proved to be very costly for the Saints.
